Execution procedures usually commence upon issuance of a judgment of by the Court of Appeal. The registration fees are equivalent to 1% of the claim amount, and shall not exceed AED 5000.
Execution of a judgment can only be blocked if a final appeal is filed with the the Court of Cassation.
