Mr. Khalid is the Founder of Renaissance Global Management & Legal Consultants.
Prior to establishing the Firm, he worked at Dubai Courts for over 17 years and became a partner at a leading law firm in Dubai.
Mr. Khalid is an Advocate with rights of audience before all local courts in the country. He is also a certified Arbitrator with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Khalid obtained his degree from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University in Egypt. He is fluent in both Arabic and English.
Mr. Essa has obtained his degree of law from Ajman University of Science and Technology in United Arab Emirates.
He is an Advocate with rights of audience before the First instance and appeal courts in the country. He has experience in all types legal affairs including civil, commercial and real estate matters. Mr. Essa is fluent in Arabic and English.
Mr. Al Sayed has over 19 years of experience in the practice of law in Egypt, and 13 years of experience as a Legal Consultant in the United Arab Emirates. He specializes in the litigation of civil and criminal cases, and advises on a wide range of civil, criminal, and commercial matters. He also specializes in contract review and the drafting of agreements.
Mr. Al Sayed obtained a Bachelor of Law from Al Mansura University in Egypt in 1981. He is licensed as an Advocate before the Cassation Courts of Egypt, and has been registered with the Egyptian Bar Association since 2007.
Ms. Tima has significant experience in the practice of law in both the UAE and Lebanon. Her areas of expertise include civil and commercial law, with specializations in real estate, insurance, labor, and family law. She is primarily involved in drafting court memoranda and pleadings at the Firm.
She holds Certificates of Arbitration from Sharjah Chamber of Commerce, as well as Certificates in Human Resources and Business Administration.
Ms. Tima obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Lebanese University, and is currently in the process of finalizing research for her Master’s Degree in Private Law. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
Ms. Roza specializes in maritime law, including legal issues associated with carriage of goods by sea, international business law, environmental law, public international law, and settlement of disputes.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked as a professor of law at universities in Dubai for two years.
Ms. Roza obtained a Master’s Degree in International Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tehran in 2009. She obtained a Diploma of Public International Law from Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands in 2010, and is currently pursuing a PhD in International Law from Beheshti University – UAE Branch. She is fluent in Farsi and English.
Mr. Mohammed has over 12 years of experience in the practice of law. He specializes in the field of civil law, with expertise in property and rent cases. He is licensed as an Advocate before the Cassation Courts of Egypt.
Mr. Mohammed obtained a Bachelor of Law from Cairo University in 1993. He also obtained a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the Faculty of Law at Alexandria University in Egypt. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
Mr. Masoud obtained his Bachelor of Law from Islamic Azad University in United Arab Emirates in 2016. He has practiced law for more than 2 years in both United Arab Emirates and Iran. Mr. Masoud’s areas of practice include legal research and presentations, interviewing clients and drafting legal documents. And his area of study include International & Commercial Law, Civil and Criminal Law, and Insurance Law. He also experienced to drafting all types of agreements.
Mr. Masoud is fluent in English and Farsi.
Ms. Rawan is a Legal & Administrative Assistant with Renaissance Global Management & Legal Consultants. She has an experience in legal and administrative works which qualify her to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management, providing administrative support to the office and enhance office effectiveness.
Ms. Rawan is fluent in Arabic and English.
