i was medically ban due to old TB scars in feb, 2013. i never had TB in my life. Dubai has banned me for life. can it b removed ?

I have come to know that i am imposed one year ban. why? I was terminated from previous employer because of unsuccessful probation period. they gave me termination letter and one month notice period for another job. I got another company’s job offer and also i got NOC from previous sponsor. after applying new visa, my application has been cancelled because of the one year ban. Can it be lifted?

Good Day sir,

I just want to ask if i can still file an appeal after they cancelled my absconding application due to lack of passport.. after a week i took my passport from previous sponsor using Dubai Court ruling. They kept my passport for almost 6 years. Company is closed already since 2010. I signed cancellation paper before that company closes. Please can you help me and tell me if i can file a case this my company thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

I have completed my two year contract on Dec 2015, and i went for medical for the current employer. I asked my company to give me the new labour contract but they said they have renewed by labour card only. In Jan 2016 I got a offer from a company in abudhabi free zone but my current employer is not releving me. Kindly advice what can I do
