I was terminated from previous employer because of unsuccessful probation period. they gave me termination letter and one month notice period for another job. I got another company’s job offer and also i got NOC from previous sponsor. after applying new visa, my application has been cancelled because of the one year ban. Can it be lifted?

I just want to ask if i can still file an appeal after they cancelled my absconding application due to lack of passport.. after a week i took my passport from previous sponsor using Dubai Court ruling. They kept my passport for almost 6 years. Company is closed already since 2010. I signed cancellation paper before that company closes. Please can you help me and tell me if i can file a case this my company thanks and hope to hear from you soon.
